Bailout what??

Tagged:

As we have seen by yesterday's market, this bailout has not been working. From the beginning i have not been in support of a bailout. We live in a Capitalist, Free Market society, meaning no government intervention. People have said, "But AIG is a very important company to our economy system." That may be so, but if we have greedy enough people in America that would loan out money to kill a company, then that company deserves to die. Same goes with Fannie and Freedie; if people dont have money to buy a house, or the crdibility to get loans for a house, they shouldnt buy a house. and the workers at Fannie and Freddie should not be so greedy to lend out more money than possible. But Fannie and Freddie are government run companies but theyre still businesses.

Tonight is the second presidential Debate. Because I am far-right winged, I am not that much in favor of either candidate so McCain wins by default. I am sure this bailout will come up some because both of them have been in favor of it since the beginning. The things i agree on with McCain, or dont agree with Obama, are the way to handle the economy and the War on Terror. Economy: Obama says he's gonna cut taxes, but the only taxes hes cutting is those who dont pay taxes, so basically hes giving them more on their welfare check. With the both of them agreeing with the bailout, the only way to pay for it is to raise taxes. I think the people who should pay for it are the people whomse fault it is. War on Terror: The war has begun so it must be finished. Yes, i did support the war when it first came about but even if i didnt i think you cant back out because then the enemy will just retaliate. So that is one of few things i agree with Sen. McCain on. This vote for McCain is more of a vote for Sarah Palin rather than Joe Biden. Because Sarah Palin as president i think is the best scenario for America at this time.

I appreciate your thoughts out here. I totally agree with you except for the one question I have.... You said "I think the people who should pay for it are the people whomse fault it is." I want to know ho you think is at fault. I think everyone is. Both candidates, the president, the 'owners' of the buisness, Bill Clinton, workers who should have noticed the problem, greedy American's that do not know how to be patient or live in there means.... Everybody but me. I really wish I did not have to pay for other people's stupidity (I know there are eceptions but he exceptions did not create the problem).

A nation of well informed men who have been taught to know and prize the rights which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the region of ignorance that tyranny begins. ~Benjamin Franklin

For the recession that we are in i blame Bill Clinton. For the crash of AIG, I blame the greedy Americans. The candidates are at fault for voting "I" for the bill. Pres. Bush, though one of my favorites, is at fault for having the idea of a Bailout. But what is most important is that I am not at fault therefore i shouldnt have to pay. So yes i agree with you on who is at fault: the government, the previous administration, the workers who didnt notice, and the greedy americans.
