Okay so... these things always require a welcome message. I'm not sure why that is, but here goes anyway.
We used to have a writing group here at ProgressiveU... but I don't know what happened to it. More than likely, I'm simply looking in the wrong place and therefore am coming up with nothing. Or it may have been moved to the Creative Writing side of ProgressiveU. Given that the CW side gets little attention, it stands to reason that a group over there really wouldn't do the general membership of ProgressiveU any good. That aside, however, the creator of said group (whether it still exists or not) has been MIA for several months now (a fact over which we have worried obsessively, believe me). So, here we are.
This group is for the general membership of ProgressiveU. Share your frustrations, discuss writing woes (or triumphs), hook up with a writing buddy, give one another motivation, answer questions, provide helpful resources, participate in writing challenges together, create writing challenges... whatever you need.
Be polite, be respectful and follow the other rules of ProgressiveU. Above all, do not ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever use the work of another unless you have permission to do so. You will be strung up, tarred, feathered, stoned, flogged and attached to anchors and drowned.
Aside from that... I have no thoughts on rules at the moment.
