Slam the constitution! Where are my rights?

I write this as my given constitutional right to freedom of speech. I in no way am anti-America, nor am I simply trying to attack President Bush or the American government. Many people, especially those who believe they are not affected by the war (though they are) choose to remain quiet when it comes to problems with their nation.
