For a great blog entry, and then whoosh I can't for the life of me remember it. Don't you just hate when that happpens? So now I am stuck, and not sure what to write about. I have never been athletic or very strong but there have been times when I could run for miles and do push ups until doom’s day; this is not one of those times. I barely leave the house and almost never exercise. My legs are numb and have almost no sign of muscle. I cannot even begin to describe where my four-pack went.  Read More »
