Today I was coming home from my appointment that I had at the hospital and I decided to turn on the radio of the car. My mother is home after yet another surgery on her failing body. Her lupus and RA are slowly doing away with every part of her. Sometimes she cannot even get out of bed because her joints are so inflammed that it hurts to move. I have seen this since the day I was born. And it has hurt me every time I think of her dying.
