I believe that in a way, everyone is responsible for CRIME. The criminal is responsible because he or she took the action and made the decision to do what ever was done. Giving up is so much easier than moving forward. It is easy to give up. All you have to do is say the words "I give up." After this, no more effort needs to be put forth and you are free.
