Racism in which direction?
Yesterday was the 17th birthday of some random white girl, who walked into an El Polo Loco fast food restraunt, searching for a job. She walked to the counter and stood politely in line, a bit nervous. She had noticed the large, lowhanging banner on the newly opened joint reading "Now Hiring!" in passing, and stood now suddenly before a middle aged Mexican man with a somewhat sparse handlebar mustache. She smiled, best she could, under the heavy, suspicious glare now beaming her from her brown hair to her black shoes.
"Hello. I was wonderingif you are you still hiring?" The girl tried to sound calm, The man was looking consistantly less happy with her presence in the joint.
