Introduction/ Proposal for Paper

Some of you know me very well, and others of you don't. Some of the members on my Buddy List at this site have been chatting/blogging/debating with me for over a year now while others have come about only a few weeks ago. To those of you who know me, this post will probably not shock you in the least.
