Just recently a man named Charles "Cookie" Thornton murdered 5 people, 2 cops, one councilwoman, one councilman, and one public works director, about 20 minutes from where i live because of tens of thousands (over 150 tickets to be exact) of dollars fined to him for parking his commercial vehicles in residential areas.
