Ok, I’m going to try and do the impossible: Prove the Iraq war was justified.
This is going to be difficult to do without deteriorating into irrational arguments…but here goes nothing.
Changing into super-neoconservative…

I think that if John McCain wins the presidency this November, I am leaving the country. Next year, I am graduating from high school and going off to college, and I will probably try to spend as much time abroad as possible. Why? Because I believe that, if elected President, John McCain will hurt America.

If asked to be sent back to fight in Iraq for another tour, would be willing to pay someone to shoot you in the knees just so you wouldn’t have to go? How about swallow a pen at the bus stop for the bus that you will be taking to base camp? Although you may not do something this extreme, this a real problem that more soldiers now than ever in history are having to deal with.
Now, I hear a lot of people talk about human rights. You know, we should let murderers and rapists live because even thought they took away 20 some odd other peoples' right to live, they still have that right. I find this interesting because typically these are the same poeple speaking out against the Iraq War.
It seems generally agreed among the public, regardless of partisanship, that whether or not a person supports the war, it is always suitable to support the troops. I disagree.
I just read an article that said a bill was signed by the House, and going on to the Senate for debate, that will pay for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and… unemployment?

The biggest fear of the mother, friend or any family member of a military man is that they won't come home once their campaign is over...that their loved one will be another death reported by CNN at the end of the day. Thanks to new technology, or rather old technology that has been getting a recent boost, warfare is becoming less and less dependant on people.

Hi everyone. I'm a 18 year old high school graduate out of Mukwonago, Wisconsin. Its a really small town that no one ever comes to because it's so boring, but I'm on my way out. Next year I will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison to major in Nuclear Engineering and Spanish. I am into politics, reading, hispanic cultural studies and other stuff like that.
