I do not understand the hoopla over the gay marriage debate.

Unless you happen to be homosexual, the legalization of marriage for gays has absolutely no impact on your life. It doesn't invalidate or even impact your hetero marriage one bit. I just had to come home a blog after my nite!... So the inside joke in my family is that I have 2 strikes against me. Not only am I African American/ Native American but a lesbian as well.
