I heard the ceo of overstock.com on the radio the other day venting about efforts to tax income made on the internet. He said it is frustrating because there are a lot of people making a decent profit with networking online. if the income they receive is taxed, it won't be worth their time. The issues that I would like to see addressed in our children’s welfare services are the poor prognoses of minors who “graduate” the system into adulthood, the impermanence of safe placements for dependent minors, and the obvious disproportionate number of black and other minority children in the system compared to white children.  Read More »

I think it is basically fair to say that at every level the American government understands that social equality is an important aspect of children welfare services. I do believe that the agencies providing children services are operating ethically in regards to social equality to the best of their abilities, within the boundaries of current policies.  Read More »
