So in 1948 the General Assembly of United Nations came up with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. As I was reading through several of the 30 articles from this following website, http://www.un.org/Overview/rights.html, I encountered good and bad feelings. The good feelings were that people of the UN thought to put these human rights in documentation back in 1948.

My first blog entry.  I am a  half Japanese, half American girl attending community college.  My 3rd year here, last semester finally!  I will be transferring up to San Francisco State University for next semester.  I am truly excited for many reasons, including having to start a new life, which is also a scary thought.  Another reason is that I am excited that I will not need a car.  Most people are dying to drive, but after what has happened yesterday, I am still in shock.
