I hate to be another person commenting on one of the ever prominent issues of this current presidential race, but I just can't help it. Being a woman of color, and a Political Science major, race is an issue that is constantly brought up to me. My high school counselors really weren't joking when they said that college would be the best and most expensive time of my life. It has really been the best time of my life in regards to all the people that I've met, the professors I've been able to learn from and the free products/services I've managed to procure from my school and all of this done while at a community college.  Read More »
