The meaning of success

The meaning of success, to me, is knowing ones goals and know how to achieve those goals in life. I think success doesn't neccessary mean being rich having a lot of money, famous and high status. I think to be success is to be happy in life such as having a family, friends, a job and a home to live in. I think that being successful means that knowing that you control your own life wothout anyone telling you what to do with your life and know what you're doing with your life. I do want to succed in life; feeling good about myself and experiencie all I can to achieve my goals. My goals are to have a good eduation, a good career, a loving family and a nice house. According to Socrates having a good life means that he is happy, knows how to control his own life and know how to recollect knowledge. He says that a person knows the things already but just forgotten it, but when that person learn the things again then he or she would remember it. Socrates also says that his success is to free his soul because when a person dies his knowledge lives on with him and once he is reincarnated, then he would have to learn those things all over again. I agree with Socrates because I think that is how life works because people forgets the things they've learned before, but as soon as they learn it again then they could remember it. Therefore our soul and body are important but our brains are also important because it causes us to think, feel and act. I think that these things affects how we survive in life.
