Girls, come on. I see what you're doing. What effed up idea makes you think you have to act like an idiot to attract men?
You would think that becoming an adult would make you realize you should leave high school stuff behind. In high school, no one could hardly be themselves for fear of being rejected. Girls act like they have half the IQ they actually do to make guys feel smart, or make themselves seem more attractive. After all, what guy likes a girl who is smarter than them? I mean, it is the 21st century... what a revolutionary idea to act like you have common sense. What, does the presence of a penis suck out all your brain cells?
You know, I'm pretty sure plenty of girls act like they have common sense and still get boyfriends. I know lots, including -not to be a jerk- myself. I didn't act like a fainting lily around my now-boyfriend when we met, and what do you know? We're still together, three years later. In fact, he told me he appreciates that I was myself around him. A relationship based on pretense will never last.
Get a grip, ladies. Don't dumb yourself down to get a man. If they like you better stupid, they don't deserve you.
I do agree that girls do that, but I am not one of them. Infact my ex boyfriend would try to make me feel stupid because he thought he knew everything and was smarter than everyone. I am a bit ditzy, but that really is who I am I can't help it. I am also clumpsy and that is not an act either. I see girls do those two things all the time as well.
I agree with the last comment that both people should have equal intelligence or at least if the other is smarter don't rub it in their face. Congrats on your 3 year relationship...I hope it goes ALOT better than my 4 year one went.

well, it is usually best to be paired with someone with equal intelligence in a relationship. these girls are setting themselves up for disaster.
Amen to that! It's ridiculous to see girls get all ditzy and googooeyed over guys. Now, from personal experience, being smart has turned some guys away and made them kinda afraid of you. But other guys have liked it and founded themselves more attracted to hanging out with you. If you try to please everyone, you'll end up pleasing no one, so be yourself and you'll find the guy that's meant for you. : )
