It all started when I wrote a note on facebook...

I hope that by all of the children young && older can take a look at Barack Obama && know that they can have dreams and aspirations..
Not just trying to be some rapper or basketball player..
Not saying that there is anything wrong with that..
But they now know that they can truly make a difference...
&& not following in the footsteps of deadbeat dads or drug dealers..
That seeing Barack, they would want to straighten up their acts along witht heir pants..
Best believe Obama just set the bar high for black men....
Seeing him makes me want to date better men...Cause now I know that there are a few out there...
So if you not like that I dont want you...lol

He came from a single parent home... Of a teacher meaning she didnt even have that much money && she had two kids..
he was raised by his grandmother...because his mother wasnt enough..If anything he had less of an oppurtunity than we had....
Way back then they barely had any rights...They had to fight to do things that we do now && all we do is take it for granted && dont fully appreciate..
I dont think that things are goin to get harder I have hope && faith in my president elect && my country because if WE didnt want a black president WE wouldnt have elected one..
&& im not even loking at Obama as a black he only knew his black father for 4 months of his life && the rest was spent with a WHITE mother && grandmother..

Im going to have faith && deal wiht the choice that WE made....
