Illegal immigration is becoming a serious issue in the United State. It is recorded that there are over 200,000 illegal immigrants settling in the US. These people either get in through visiting visa and decide to settle there, through J1 visa and other means.
The fact remains that increase in the number of illegal immigrant affect the government and the economy at large. This reflect in the shortage of social facilities which were meant to be atleast adequate for the estimated number of people in the environment but becomes inadequate cause of overpopulation.
Also, as soon as this people gets in, they begin to search for jobs which has caused a major concern for the government as the increase in illegal immigrants leads to increase unemployment in the country. Some of these people are the reason for the incease in crime rate in the country; such as terrorism, violence, theft, corruption and many more. They get themselves involved in this act especaially when they seek and could not find any job or the job that could sustain them.
In the bid to curb this act, the government have spent so much in order to protect the border, by doing this, the government gets into extra spending which is not proper for the economy.
A new government is coming up, is it possible to get rid of illegal immigrants in the US? The question remains unanswered even as their number increases.

Did you listen to Obama on the campaign trail?
Obama thinks the solution is "comprehensive reform". Comprehensive reform is code for amnesty.
i am not against the comprehensive reform, but how soon can America start the comprehensive reform with the present state of economy in the country and the continuous increse of illegal immigrants flowing in everyday?
You seem to be concerned about the massive flow of illegal immigrants but you say you are not against comprehensive reform? That makes little sense to me.
Comprehensive reform is just amnesty with a different name. People who broke our laws are rewarded with the precious gift of citizenship. They say that they have "to go to the end of the line" but that is meaningless babble. The end of the line is OUTSIDE the country. The illegal aliens while they are waiting for their citizenship get to live here while everybody else who follows the law has to wait somewhere in the third world. What kind of message does that send?
It sends the message that if you come to America illegally you will be eventually be rewarded with citizenship. It sends the message that waiting in line and following the law is for suckers.
We have tried amnesty before and all it gets us is a whole bunch more illegal immigration. In 1986 when the Regan Amnesty passed the government told us we had about 1.5 million illegal immigrants but we ended up giving amnesty to 3 million. Our government promised us that it would be the LAST amnesty. But when you reward illegal behavior you are bond to get a whole lot more illegal behavior. Our government tells us we have 12 million but we probably have 20 million.
I don't understand how you could be simultaneously against illegal immigration and favor comprehensive reform (amnesty) that will just cause more illegal immigration.
Do you have any links that directly proves that illegal immigrants( which can not even speak english) cause crime and unemployment?
second i wouldn't blame anything on illegal immigrants. we, the americans, are employing them.
Saying ilegal immigrants who can not even speak english will not be such a proper wphrase for these immigrants. They sure can write and speak good english. According to the article i posted, most of them got in through J1 visa; this type of visa is meant for students going for summer in the state, some are on business trips and then decided to stay back after comparing the economy there to the ones back home in their country and so on like that.
At the same time, i agree with you on the issue of the employment. Americans employ them cause these people are out for any form of job even at cheaper pay rate, so our employers of labour take advantage of cheap labour.
It falls back on us, to curb this act will not only fall on the government but also our readiness to work with the government to atleast reduce it.
