What is progressive? I like a bible quote the best. "Do not conform but reform." I think that is the biggest part progressive education, religion, politics, and culture in general. But to continue reforming one cannot remain stagnant for a second. One has to continue changing and reacting and interacting and being proactive to be reforming. It's not enough these day to be a non-conformist. You can get 12 non-conformists for 10 cents today. One must be a reformist to really make a difference in this world. The only problem with that is that it's hard to have opinions for extended periods of time. That makes changing the world hard. But not so hard as accepting changes from the change you made so many years ago. That is the hardest thing. So change while you still can so that you aren't a follower but a leader. Reforming always is what it takes to change things in the world. So be progressive and know that to change the world one has to change themselves first.
