why do i hate the Obama campaign

i don't like this nations presidential campaigns, especially this obama campaign. i feel people glorify obama too much with out understanding "The problem with always being a conformist is that when you try to change the system from within, it's not you who changes the system; it's the system that will eventually change you [...] So in conclusion, I'm not gonna vote for anybody just 'cause they black or Latino they have to truly represent the community and represent what's good for all of us proletariat. "- Immortal Technique ; song: the poverty of philosophy

i would like to ask you why do YOU believe in obama? is it cause the color of his skin, or the context of his character?

"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character." -MLK; speech: I have a dream

I personally feel Obama is being use by the few who have the real control over this nation as a tool to calm down the USA population and by doing so, giving the USA population a strong nationalism that will in return, build stronger loyalist and better uncle toms.

I see this Obama campaign is just as effected as voting. In voting people vote because it builds a trust between the population and the nation or the nations oppressors. However, the ones counting those votes and dealing with those votes truly have the power to make which ever side pays the most, win. Nevertheless, unlike voting, which is becoming the old way of conforming the population, Obama marks the "change" in method of conforming this dummy down and exploited population.

I feel Obama is just speaking politics. I feel this is more then the regular popularity contest that we have for presidential elections. I feel this elections pressures people to vote for Obama just cause he has SOME black blood with out considering all his politics. I also wounder, why did this nation got the lightest black MAN to run for president. I would like to see the reaction of this nation once a STRONG, THICK (not bone skinny), really dark black and proud that she is black (not assimilating), womyn with strong politics for the benefit of the oppress run for presidency.

But yet again, this is only my bias opinion, and therefore, open for debate.

And vote instead for McCain-Palin? I doubt it.

I can't vote yet, but I follow politics somewhat, and as I watched the VP debates a few nights ago, it just confirmed my opinion that even if McCain was ready to lead this country, Palin is absolutely not.Obama has a fresh perspective on things-- and he's got a strong team backing him up.

This presidential race has been the most controvercial because Obama is the first black man to run and Palin is the first female VP candidate. But aren't you being a little hypocritical in that you wish for a "blacker" man to run, yet you critique the media for glorifying Obama for his race?

I don't know. It's a confusing topic. But if you look at all the photos, you can just see the energy that Obama has--and honestly, McCain looks as if he could fade off at any moment.

you know, if you analyze my blog. you'll see i don't believe in voting. i feel voting gives the illusion to the masses that they have a say...but the choices are really up to the nation's backstage organizers... they choose for us, and use voting to make the people fall for the leis that they did have a say...a great example is the elections with bush.... he won...but most of the country as against him..

"womyn" is a white feminist construct that generally excludes the experiences of women of color outside of appropriating their cultural traditions in the name of "all" female-bodied people (read "liberal white women").

oh wow, i didn't know that... thanx for correcting me...i have to read on that... are you a feminist too?

I am not for McCain or Obama but voting for McCain would cause more destruction to our nation than voting for Obama. Below I listed issues (bills) that I think reasonable people should vote like Hurricane Katrina assistance, support for veteran, and environment equality and safety. However, in McCain's voting record, it is shown that he voted nay or did not vote at all for the following bills. Obama however was in support of the bill like most reasonable person.

McCain votes nay for:
11/17/2005-Hurricane Victims Tax Benefit Amendment
09/15/2005 Financial Relief For Hurricane Katrina Victims Amend
09/20/2007 Expressing Support for All Men and Women in the U.S. Armed Forces
11/17/2005 Additional Funding For Veterans Amendment
10/05/2005 Health Care for Veterans Amendment

McCain not voting for:
06/21/2007 Energy Act of 2007
06/21/2007 Alternative Energy Subsidies
04/23/2008 Equal Pay Bill
08/02/2007 State Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Reauthorization

Obama voted yea for:
11/17/2005 Hurricane Victims Tax Benefit Amendment
09/15/2005 Financial Relief For Hurricane Katrina Victims Amend
06/21/2007 Energy Act of 2007
06/21/2007 Alternative Energy Subsidies
04/23/2008 Equal Pay Bill
09/20/2007 Expressing Support for All Men and Women in the U.S. Armed Forces
08/02/2007 State Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Reauthorization
11/17/2005 Additional Funding For Veterans Amendment
10/05/2005 Health Care for Veterans Amendment

I believe that this voting record of both candidates show that Obama is a better choice in reasonable judgment and leadership of the people. Obama is a better choice than McCain to lead the nation by becoming president.

McCain is the one speeching politic not Obama. During the discussion about the econmoic crisis which McCain announce on television to stop campaigning and do something about the problem, both the Republican and Democrate say that McCain did nothing but sit in his chair and watch.
