This is just a worship song I wrote one morning. It has a tune, but a rough one, but I like the words. I guess they are sort of a pray as well.
Radiate
verse 1)
Everyday I thank you
For the day I died
And everday I praise you
This change I can not hide
I can not sit quietly
And watch the world fall
You've given me everything
So Now I'll give my all
(chorus)
I want to radiate your glory
I want to radiate your glory with my life
I want to bow down before you
I want to worship you, as I was made to
I want to radiate your glory
I want to radiate your glory with my life
I want to bow down before you
Worshiping you as I was made to
I want to radiate you Lord
(verse 2)
I stare at your creation
Do we not see the rocks cry out
How can we, your prized possessions
Not go out and shout
You have called us beautiful
You have made us blessed
And you forgive us more bountifully
Than the east is fromt he west
(chorus)
I want to radiate your glory
I want to radiate your glory with my life
I want to bow down before you
I want to worship you, as I was made to
I want to radiate your glory
I want to radiate your glory with my life
I want to bow down before you
Worshiping you as I was made to
I want to radiate you Lord

o.o
I love it...a lot...
You totally took something I couldn't find words to describe...
...and made it into a song.
Sweetness! And I can totally put it to a tune right away, which is unusual for me, but...I dunno, I just connect with this. ^_^ Two thumbs up!
And that's comin' at ya' from yer local redneck hippie.
