The Murderous Angel
The Angel slowly Stalks
A cleaver in hand
Born to Love
But instead for hate
Does he wield
A murderer is he
A Slayer of the Fallen
Quickly he moves
For time is nigh
To make his mark
In the twilight sky
Blood stained hands
And scarred up hearts
Live only to survive
And to stay awake
‘less he die
“To Survive what does that mean?”
“To Kill
To Hunt
To Scourge
Until the only thing left
Is me live and well”
Onward he walks
With crimson wings
With Cold stone hands
With a red steel blade
With the moon
Forever spotlighting him
And the destruction
And his tears
In the wake

Bravo! That was splendid. I'd say you definately have a skill for writing poetry.
Dig around my older posts and find "DEMON" you could say that Demon is similar to this fellow, but maybe I shall oh shoot that gives me a great idea. yeah go ahead Read DEMON but I shall see if there is more to it than that
An Angel says hello as I say Good bye, hoping nothing may be sighed.
that was deep and nice. it opened my eyes to what an angel of death would look like. Well, anyways, I thought it was good.

I am sorry, but I honestly don't see how this is progressive.

I think one can always find progress in poetry. It's self-expression, and nothing is more progressive than freedom of speech.
