The Invisible Overtake

The government is slowly taking over the common people. Our words do not mean as much as the used too. They are changing rule by rule and taking over our rights. It covers all areas of interest, education, economy, personal freedom, free speech, and so much more. Children are learning more at a younger age now, my question is when they are in the 9th grade and already know 12th grade materal, who is going to teach them things they do not know? The government is trying to tell us how to dress in public schools now; I thought that was up to the parents. Parental rights are even being limited, a father would be questioned if he is giving his daughter a bath or teaching her how to go to the restroom. That is not right. The government lies about our economy, how much they get paid compaired to the little that we as common people have to right for. We can not be the people we want to be anymore, who is to say what normal is? One of the biggest issues is gay marriage, why does it matter who someone else marries, does it have anything to do with me or you, no it doesnt so why should we have an opinion on it. Who gets to choose who is happy and who isnt? I guess the government has chosen itself for that role and what happens when they are wrong? They blame anyone or anything they can. We now can not say certain things on the radio, on television, in public. Maybe somethings should not be said in public but as for the things that are only forbidden because of a different view, why are they against the rules, the government does not want us to think. Back to the education thing, yeah we are moving faster but as for language and literacy, we are going down, almost 1/3 in recent generations. They want us to be ignorant, I will not allow myself to become ignorant, someone who can be controlled and not care. We as the common people have the right to know that is going on in our own country. We have a right to decide what makes us happy. Does it not say we have the right to life, liberty, and the persuit of happiness? The government is not on our side, it never was.
