Lets Be Cynical!

School shootings, murders, human rights violations and a whole other lot of messes are here in this day and age. Religions cop out to the end of the world, politicians cop out to the other parties fault, soldiers cop out to following orders, and people cop out to apathy. So this is it huh folks? We're so selfish, that it is someone elses fault.

Sylvia Brown got on Montel to say that there will be more school shootings, my response is, "No shit, Sherlock." If Sylvia Brown isn't the biggest hoax around, I don't know who is...oh wait, Dr. Phil. If anyone has read Copycat Effect by Loren Coleman, you'll understand where all this is coming from but society like to cop out of all blame. Lets all get cynical!

You are all going to die. You started dying from the day you were born and there is no way around it. Right now as I type and you read, we're dying. Spiraling closer to the great beyond, bupkiss, that next great adventure, wings or horns. And you know what? I'm comfortable with it. Look society. Stop blaming everything else for your problems. Stop blaming other religions, God, video games, whatever else people blame. Be cynical, fess up to your mistakes. Stop destroying Mother Nature and nailing Jesus to the cross. The blame falls squarely on us for certain things and squarly on other people and things for certain things. It is as simple as that, so everyone...lets get cynical!
