I figured if I were to have a blog, I might as well introduce myself:
My name is Sarah, it is nice to meet you all and welcome to my blog. First, I would like to say, I hate having a blog. I did it before because it was the thing to do - total peer pressure - and I never thought I really had anything interesting to say. Not that I think I do now either; because really no, I don't. Despite that, I would still like to share at least parts of my world with you, and hopefully something you read will be enjoying.
I'm not an activist or anything. No real political involvement; I was a member of the Michigan Democrats for awhile, but I didn't renew my membership due to they disappointed me this year by taking away my vote. Plus, the main reason I joined, and I know this is horrible, is that I wanted to annoy my ultraconservative cousin-in-law. I will say I am liberal but respectful of different viewponts. I actually love listening to other viewpoints because I think if we don't share with and listen (really listen) to one another we won't be able to learn about one another.
What else can I say?
I am a student, and undergraduate student. I feel like I am going to be in school forever due to changing majors and having other setbacks in college.
Other than that, I have nothing I really feel necessary to share. I'm sure I'll write more a bit later after gathering my thoughts better (and maybe looking at the rules for this). Plus, I better go pick up my mom at the car repair shop before she kills me!
