*Stress will be the death of me!*

Have you ever notice that all the stress piles up and explodes on the same day? Why does that happen? At this point in time, I want to say that college is not worth it. Is college a foreign word for stress? I’m stressed out about friends, grades, and where the money is coming from to pay for my one summer class. If I was not in college I would not have all of this stress that is putting me on the verge of tears of frustration. If it was just one of my three stressors, I think that I would be ok, but no. I was hit by all three like a ton of bricks this mourning. No wonder college students get sick on breaks from school. The only thing that keeps us healthy during school is our stress, then when we get home and relax, our immune systems shut down on us. I know this was just a rant, and thank you for listening, but I had to rant at someone.

Stress weakens immune systems. That's why people get sick when they have a slew of big tests that they're worried about. If you weren't in school, you'd likely have work, which would bring stress along as well. It's a way of life, and the best way to deal with it is to manage your stress. Take a half hour each day and just relax... take a nap, watch TV, read a book, etc.

If there's something specific that is making you stressed, take a step away from it. Mental health days are good, so long as you know that you can make up the schoolwork without additional stress. If it's taking up all your time to do your schoolwork, and you spend hours studying, but still don't make the grades you want, you should reassess how you study.

Im in my senior year in high school, worrying about grades, friends, my family, where ill go next year, how ill pay for it, what i want to do... Stress does suck! I hate how it all comes out on the same day! I always feel bad when Im around people that have nothing to do with it.
