THE THING 'BOUT CHANGE IS....ITZ NOT EASY!
Its not an over night process at all. Some people don't change because they feel as though they don't have to. Others think its hard. But the main reason i think people don't change is because their afraid. Take it from me its worth it.
I'm still on the process of changing for the better. Not only for me but the ones I love. I know I'm not the only one who is tired of things i don't like happening. If you don't know what i mean see this poem i wrote:
I'm tired of bein' mad...
....tired of bein' sad....
....tired of bein' angry...
...tired of bein the opposite of the real me....
...tired of bein' disappointed....
...tired of bein' alone & ....
...tired of bein' in bad relationships...
...tired of dead end friendships...
...tired of my "bad" attitudes...
....tired of me and others being rude...
...tired of bein' quiet and shy...
...tired of letting life pass me by...
...tired of being the only one admitting to my mistakes..
....I'm tired of it all. I'm tired of the old ME!!!

What do you mean that you're "tired of bein' annointed"? Last I knew, that's a good thing. The other question is: what exactly do you mean by a "dead-end friendship"?
Maybe i need to change that, sorry didn't mean to put that in there..oops.
Another i mean the ones that only last during the summer or just the school year..
