When will people finaly recognize Micheal Jackson for the liar he is? Even though Jackson's molestation trial is over, his name still floods the media and the courts. This time. he is preparing to battle off the state of California's Inudustrial Relations Department in regard to charges brought against him for failing to pay his Neverland employees' back wages and not having workers' compensation insurance for his employees. The molester, I mean singer, has already been fined over $150,000 on top of the $300,000 he already owed as an incentive to speed up the payment process, but Jackson is still yet to pay-up. Jackson claims he is unable to pay the fines/wages due to financial problems; peculiar considering he vehemenatley DENIED being in debt or financially unstable during his molestation trial.
If Jackson is so hard-up for money, then maybe he should sell his Neverland Ranch. God knows no sane mother would ever send her child there while he still owns the theme park/residence. Not to mention, CNN comments that Jackson has not even been living at the ranch since his trial and that he has resettled in Bahrain instead; selling the ranch would be a small loses. I would like to take this time to point out that relocating is also something Jackson claimed he WOULD NOT do during his trial. "During the trial, Jackson's representatives said he had no plans to sell Neverland or leave the country. They also denied assertions by prosecutors that he was facing severe financial problems." Again, I ask you, when will people stop believing Micheal Jackson's lies? Listeners of Billie Jean should have recognized his pathological lying tendencies in the eighties, but better late than never.

No one really knows what he's going through. All we hear is what the media has said (and we all know they can tweek information a bit). I can't be quick to judge but it does make more sense for Michael Jackson to sell some property or other items of value. But then again he may have a stash hidden that only he knows.
This all really has to do with his stake in the Sony/ATV Catalog..which is the biggest catalog in the world, with songs from the likes of the beatles, baby face, the rollings stones, and pretty much every other artist you can think of. The catalog is worth a total of over a billion dollars. Its the most sought after music asset in the industry. When he went on trial, a lot of people were foaming at the mouth at the thought of a business opportunity....Oh, and the person who says he is broke, is Roger Friedman....a Fox news writer who has done nothing but write articles about Michael Jackson and his financial problems for the past ten years because he can't find anything else to further his career.
The money Michael Jackson owes in loans is probably equivelent to him as me and my stafford student loans.
