Lots of folks I know are trying to post comments on my blogs. They've tried creating a new account and have been unsuccessful. They've checked their bulk folder for an email - nothing. They've even sent messages to find out what their password is - still nothing.
I figured I'd post it as a topic of discussion on here to see if I can help them figure out what they need to do - I'd love for them to be able to make comments too and so many are getting frustrated, because their efforts have been unsuccessful. Is there something they're doing wrong? Can anyone offer any assistance?
By the way, I intend to delete this post as soon as I get an answer for them, which works. Thanks!

I was in this same situation (hence my user name). I got sick of waiting for an answer after emailing the site several times and so decided to go to Drupal.org to see if that would work better. I got that password right away, and was able to sign up here through that. But, because I had also tried signing up, I had to create a new email account to place in because when I tried entering in my email account, I got an error message stating that the email was already in use.

I'm sorry. I'll try emailing the site too. Maybe if enough of us start emailing them they will work on fixing whatever bug that is?
