As you see in the title, I am beyond agitation. I have read and commented and even reflected upon the misinformed, limited, and just downright stupid information rumbling from blog to blog about things people are just too shy (that being said nicely) or just to darn lazy (that not being said too nicely) to ask about. So I in my ever agitated state I will clarify for both myself and for others who wish to read or comment some personal and national truths.
Race- Minorities, especially blacks get special treatment, help, etc. WRONG!!!! Many minorities live in a place, a nation in which their right to vote can be revoked if it is not renewed every seven years. Also minority individuals, which have been both the face of welfare and “they took our jobs” by often misguided jerks, do not get any or everything from the freaking government. The government is sending your jobs away people face it. Welfare is only allowed for people for three years regardless of how many darn kids someone has. Most often minorities are denied housing in certain areas because it is perceived that their income is government based, that is why you have project housing. Affirmative Action is crap. It is not a quota system. The only people that use it as a quota system are those with limited knowledge and sometimes racist ideology that makes them believe that minorities are of less intelligence then someone else. So those butts hire a minority so they won’t get in trouble.
Sexual Orientation- Gay people want special rights. WRONG!!!! They want rights, period. If the title of marriage is what bothers heterosexual people then keep it. It’s not that damn serious. Also, the estimated amount of income from a homosexual household (that just being one person because they cant file together) is over $55,000 most of it disposal. So give them rights so they can file joint taxes and up the amount of income coming into the US. Our economy can improve.
Religion- Christians are the worse thing ever. WRONG!!!! People are, religion is just something that gets them through the days. And yes, many people are judged, mistreated, disrespected by some of those who claim to be Christians. But as they say “you reap what you sow” so stop worrying about them. Also this country was founded on religion so it’s not going away. As much as we whine, plead, and fight- it’s not going anywhere. All we can do is vote in elections to keep other people’s religious morality out of politics and law.
Abortion- Is right or wrong. WHO CARES!!!! It’s not your body. It’s not your legal right to impose on anyone else your personal morals onto the life or choices of anyone else. Should people make laws to stop/keep it? How should I know. I think that all the people who claim to say that it’s wrong yet God gave us free will, should allow those individuals to use that free will however they please.
College- It’s pricey. YES!!!!!! Unfortunately no politician cares because they are usually over the poverty line as well as already finished their degrees. It sucks, its fact- just find more scholarships or grants. BUT under no circumstance take Alternative Loans, the interest rate alone will decimate any chance to purchase a house in the future. Also a trick, stop having your parents count you on their taxes. It ups your rate of Estimated Family Contribution and then your grant, scholarship, etc amount goes down.
