After reading “The power of now” I really got to understand that the future and past never exist and that what it leaves in me after thinking about it is pain and stress. Since we live in a time dominated societies we are made to believe that time actually exist. It’s like a straight line where on one end there is past, then in the middle there is present and the other end there is future, what exist is only now (present). Think about this; yesterday when you’re doing an activity it was NOW or even tomorrow at that particular moment it will be NOW. Am conveying a particular message in this blog which is Enjoy now, what you’re doing and anything that is around you. Am not implying that people should not at all be responsible or not to worry about the future but the more you think about it the more you waste the present, that is, not enjoying the now.
“HOW” is important than “WHAT” ,In my opinion people should concentrate more on how they are doing either an activity in life or how they are living, their behaviors because once you start thinking of what will be the outcome you might get depressed and not do it properly or even lose hope in life and that is why am emphasizing on enjoying the now, appreciate and be happy of the moment you are in now enjoy what you are doing or the situation you might be in, if you are doing it rightly or the way it is supposed to be, the outcome will be good. Avoid the pain by not thinking much of the past which was negative and if it’s really necessary to think about the past let it be something that is going to motivate you and keep you moving on.

Yes I agree. I remeber this one lady I had as a customer come in to pay on her mortgage. Normally I talk about how I am glad it is Friday and she told me" I am just glad I woke up today. Iused to be like you . But now I learned to appreciate everyday despite the timing.When you get older, you'll understand."

That’s exactly what most pupils lack inside their education, to be fed with insight!
It is very difficult for westerners to get in touch with the now, this is one of the main reasons why most are emotionally cold hearted.
Their urge to stay in control of their emotional state is the main reason for this coldness to occur, this also explains the fact they need more and more stimuli of all sorts to become social while personally assuming to be enjoying their (free) time!
They can’t (really) help it, most are being raised this way, amongst most of them depression is never far away an obstacle they believe to surpass with guided (professional) help and prescriptions which push them even deeper.
What they hardly ever seem to understand is the fact they have lost sense of reality, never to have known “real” makes them to run around in circles, trying to beat the clock until they pop one after the other.
Time is an illusion which keeps one away from the reality of now…
