That's essentially what House legislators said when they passed a competition legislating that 10 million dollars would be awarded to the scientist(s) or group that found the most innovative, resourceful use for hydrogen fuel.
We're finally turning our eyes away from oil. Well not because we're forced, but because we're too lazy to pay more for unliquified oil. Who wants to go liquify the oil deposits in Canada or Mongolia. Screw that. It's too expensive.
Hydrogen fuel is a nice alternative. Clean, easy to produce, efficient. Just damn expensive right now. Why not...broker some sort of deal to start the mining of the Canadian oil deposits? Set up an international pipeline? Start a reservoir?
We're in a big enough hole as it is. While I like this innovative approach, I don't think this is the right time for such exposure. Wait for some economic stability and less diplomatic unsettling.
I'll take Alternative Therapy, I mean Energy for 10 million dollars, Alex.
