current mood: worn out.
wednesday night was the most fun i've had in such a long time. ok, since my girls night. but still... i didn't want the night to end, i didn't want to go to sleep because i knew, when i was to wake up. Carley'd be gone. :[
It's true, one of the hardest things for me right now was saying goodbye to my BFF carley. she's only moving like 2 hours away, but still shes not 5 mins from my house. and yeah i know that when college starts for me, i'll be able to deal a little better. but, it was so hard saying goodbye.
i've found myself several times today tearing up. this was the only girl i trusted everything with. sure, we'd only been really tight since this past year. but i've known her since sophomore year. she and i got along so well. i really don't know what i am going to do now that she's moved to college. :[ her parents keep telling me to come over. but, its not the same. i look around my room and its filled with memories from her.
i know i'll still be good friends, but its still a hard thing for me. i dont do well with things like this.
i miss my car.. :[

Does she have a computer with Internet access? Because if she does, then you should ask her for her email address; so, her and you could keep in touch by email. Or do you know her address at her college? Because if you do, then you can always keep in touch with her by writing her letters. Also if you don't know these things, you should ask her parents if she has an email address at her college or what her address at her college is.
i have all that. its just having her here with me.
always to do things with me. is why i'm so sad.
we both have cell phones. :] so we can text/talk.
but i'm just sad that shes not here anymore.

When I moved to college, it was just 30 minutes away and 45 minutes from my best friend. We were freaking out because we wouldn't be able to hang out so much. But then wasn't that the same thing as when I was in high school? We didn't get to hang out either because we both had school and lots of homework. I guess we just gotten closer and closer as we age. I have a laptop and she has her own home computer. So what we do is we go online like we always do, and we chat for hours, or however long we can talk about stuff. It never gets old. We get closer that way. For me, it's not about how much we see each other, it's about how much we communicate. Ya, it would be nice if she could give me a hug once in a while, but if not, then that's okay too, as long as I know that she's okay.
In your case, just call her everyday, even just to say hi. The thought is what counts. Omgosh, I know that's so cliche.. LOL.. But call or chat online. At least you get to talk, than no communication at all..... =]

your right. but it is very hard. and i know that when i start college, it'll be better.
but until oct 8th. i'll be sad.

I havent had to say goodbye yet..but its comming. I know that its hard losing some one you were so close with. But good friends will stay good friends through distance and time. Embrace this new life you have a head of you as hard as it ay be and remember shes not gone forever and she will still be there for you when you need her.

i've come to find out she's really only a call away. even though she is very very busy at college, she loves to return calls!:]
