A woman, who is allergic to just about every thing on the planet, has a “bubble” home. He husband built it in there back yard. The neighbors complained and the city is going to make them move it or tear it down, all because he didn’t pull any permits. The man was in a rush to give his wife a safe place to go. As long as the city inspector checks it out and makes sure that it is a safe structure, he should be able to keep it. It’s not like he built a shed that he can live with out. With out this “bubble” this woman can get very sick. Now, the building is not a bubble, it does look like a large shed, but the woman needs it. Can’t the city just let them be?
Don't pop my bubble!

I'm confused. Why do they want to tear it down...?
He didn't pull the permits and I think it went against what the city allows.
