The Incapacity of Words

The U.S. economy has not yet hit bottom, but the distance from the hull to the rock-ridden surface of the ocean is merely inches away. Cars are a huge problem. With rising gas prices a larger percentage of yearly incomes are spent on simply driving to work. So, how do we improve our situation? For one, the prospect of using water-fueled cars has been prodded. But how do we know our sources of water will not evaporate into thin air like our gas sources seem to have? More and more scientists are acknowleding that our fresh water supplies are either ridiculously low, or polluted. Yes, there is a way to extract the fresh water from the ocean's salty water, but it's extremely inefficient. So where do we look for an escape route? The entire world could end up in the worst depression ever seen in history if prospects are not successfully activated. With the terribly high gas prices the U.S. currency is becoming more and more subservient to other countries, which will, in the end lead us in to a world-wide depression. The worst part about all of this is that nothing is being done to alter the life-changing prospects of high gas prices.
