Dedicated to The Hero of My Life

Dedicated to the Hero

Stories are told

Myths are brewed

Legends are Forged

For the Solemn Hero

This is a dedication

To that Hero

Whom still exists somewhere

Surviving only in the hearts of the people

And no where else

Oh where is that hero?

Who set foot into the desert

Into the wilderness

For which so few people traveled

And for Why?

But all these tiresome questions

Don’t sway the lonesome hero

As he moves forward

Through Plagues

Through Ravages

Through Nightmares

That only are met in the Wilderness

Where no hope exists

Oh where is that Hero?

The Hero moves onward

Questing for the untamable prize

Glory, Honor, and Wealth

That lies at the far end Oasis

For which the Oasis

Does not represent all those things

It is a symbol of

Triumph

For that is what a Hero lives for

Despite all the

Suffering

Depression

And Death

The Hero only wants one thing

Triumph

Oh God Bless him

God Bless the Hero

His race is few

And his sorrow is great

God Bless the Hero

For whom I owe my life

There are none like

The Dedicated Hero

bravo bravo!

Good job.

And yes, a hero holds place in all our hearts. Some have one closer to them than others, but there is still a hero.

That is a powerful poem. Is that your own work? Because I am seriously impressed.

Great poem

That was a great poem to give to the hero in our lives!

I am still confused. Who are you talking about and who is the hero?
