ain't it grand: the transmogrification of Sapphire Erin

I have long been a believer in the power and beauty of words; I even did a post about the healing power of poetry a long time ago. Finally, it looks like words are beginning to believe in me. My first book has been accepted for publication.

The book of poems is called ain't it grand: the transmogrification of Sapphire Erin, and through the arrangement and topics of the poetry, tells the story of a kind of "transmogrification" in a way of living, and looking at life, through the eyes of a character named Sapphire Erin.

The publisher is PublishAmerica, a company which specializes in finding and publishing "undiscovered" authors.

The book could be available in as little time as four months from now, if everything continues moving forward at a rapid pace as it has so far.

I hope a few of you will at least give it a passing glance. :)

If you're interested in samples of writing, please visit Here. Please note this site will not remain up after I sign the contract with PublishAmerica here in a few days, according to the terms of the contract. Also, please note this site is a catch all for everything I've ever written, the good, bad, and the ugly. (Only the good ones have been included in the book. :))

For more information, plese visit the book's myspace promotional page. If you are interested in being a part of the books promotion, please add me as a friend.

Thanks for reading :)

This is very inspirational to me. I am currently writing a book looking for a publisher in about 2 years! Can you give me some vital information that would benefit me?

But it is very funny because right now I am constructing a blog about poetry and how its effects on ProgressiveU. This will help me. THANKS!

Congratulations dear. You might want to be careful using PublishAmerica, however. They have a very bad reputation in much of the writing community for so many different reasons. Absolutewrite has collected complaints about PA and posted three pages of them by authors and others that have had experience with the publishing company.

Not trying to discourage you from publishing, just wanted to give you a heads up about the company you've chosen as there are so many others out there that would do justice to your work! Anyway, good luck and again, congratulations!
