Faint Whispers of Wind (A Tale of a Wanderer)

Codysigh's picture

Faint Whispers of wind

There's a faint whisper

Revealing Nothing

The Cloak left

No trace of existence

The wind has taken it somewhere

To a distant place

Far from the lives around here

Travel far Cloak

Go to where you are needed

For you find no home here

And there is need for you to roam

Once more to the storms

Flee to the storms

And stay there

There you can live

Where shadows walk

Peacefulness is dead

Make your presence known

Bask in their sins and destruction

And while that happens

Plan out your plots

Secure a scenario

To capture everything in there

And rescue the coast

From the Hurricane

That will end their lives

Live Cloak

Carry on

For death awaits

Lives and fates

Storms and Quakes

With chaos in their wakes

Seek these lands

Protect them

Save them

Life and sacrifice

You must suffice

Despite the pain

Despite the shame

You must Sustain

And Remain

For you are the Cloak

Incapable of living in vane

I noticed that you write a lot of blogs. I think that you should write more blogs, progressive ones especially. I like to see the creative side of you, but the poems do nothing to make us seriously think or question society.

I think poetry can be progressive. This one seems progressive to me because it mentions peace, etc.
