I am taking a Teacher cadet class at my high achool and we each take turns presenting articiles about education or schools that we think are interesting. Today a classmate presented an article about school violence and it's growing popularity. (Primarily becuase of all the recent schol shooting that have been going on). After hearing her article I couldnt stop thinking about how bad our society is getting. I live in a "normal" town in Oklahoma it's not to crazy but even here we have kids doing piontless and violent acts at school. One kid brought a BB gun to the middle school close to my high school. Another kid set the bathrooms on fire at my own school. Like most kids I have said well that will never happen at my school it's way to boring however now that i think about it, who knows! Which is crazy and almost scary to think about!
